September 27 to October 4 2019 Painting- / workshop vacation / study week head- and model drawing and painting.
From Friday, September 27 we organize a week of head – and model drawing and painting, under the supervision of Dutch painter Mieke van Zundert. See also www.miekevanzundert.eu.
The program:
Reception on Friday the 27th. with a joint meal in the evening.
Immediately after the meal we start with one or two hours of free drawing so that Mieke can assess the level of each student. In principle this course is intended for all levels (beginners and advanced) but it is nice for Mieke to see who is at which level.
Spread over the week there will be morning, afternoon and evening sessions with enough space to also spend part of the day freely. I can help with planning excursions to, among others, Lecce, Gallipoli, Specchia or other interesting places that are more than worth seeing. Tuesdays and Thursdays are free to spend. Remember that the weather in September / October is still perfect, the beaches of the south part of Salento are also called “the Maldives of Salento” so an afternoon beach should not be missed. The rest of the lessons we will draw / paint among others and we will use some models.

7 nights in a charming accommodation with breakfast
On arrival a welcome dinner and once a joint lunch and dinner
All painting and drawing supplies (we will use various materials including oil paint and pastel)
All drinks and snacks during the lesson blocks
Optional: extension of this trip with another week stay in Nardo. Here too I can be helpful again if necessary. renting a car or renting bicycles. I can also organize a wine tasting, a city tour, a cooking workshop and various excursions to places a little further away (Locorotondo, Monopoli, Alberobello, Ostuni). Even when you extend the trip, you can continue to use all painting materials.
The price of this trip is € 895. When you share a room, the price of this trip is € 795
